Incorporated in 2016, The Pack Group is a growing consultancy delivering strategic guidance for large scale transformations, technology management, and personal and team coaching in Enterprise Architecture.  We have a reputation for creating polished products and recently launched several Microsoft Office Masterclasses to help all individuals create sharp, effective documents, presentations, and diagrams.

Ethan Pack
President and Principal

Ethan Pack is an enterprise architect, digital business strategist, and technology executive who brings more than 25 years of experience in leadership, information systems, and technology. Ethan is a respected leader in the financial services industry and has led several work groups to tackle challenges in a rapidly evolving industry. He is also a frequent speaker on enterprise architecture, digital transformation and organizational culture.

Ethan remains focused on building strong business and IT partnerships to fuel organizational change and deliver bottom line results. He is currently very interested in and optimistic about the continued elimination of lines between "the business" and IT.  He is a strong believer in enterprise architecture as the key to help bridge the organizational, generational, and operational divisions.

Ethan has written articles for several print and online publications. He enjoys travel and reading during the small bit of time when he is not busy driving organizational results, launching and maturing enterprise architecture teams or writing.

Ethan enjoys playing Roblox with his son and learning with him.
